ASU’s Institute of Exact Sciences and Digital Technologies Celebrates All-Russian Physics Day with a Week of Events
Adyghe State University participated in the All-Russian Physics Day program for the fourth time. Organized by the Physics for All project with support from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), the program brought together 13 universities this year. In Adygea, the university’s partner was the Institute of Exact Sciences and Digital Technologies (NIC).
The events attracted approximately 200 schoolchildren, university students, and teachers. Lectures, master classes, demonstration experiments, engineering competitions, and quests took place at more than 10 schools across the republic. The week concluded with the All-Russian Physics Dictation. In Adygea, 159 people took part at the Institute of Exact Sciences and Digital Technologies.
Open experiments, interactive activities, and quizzes proved especially popular. According to the organizers, these formats present physics not simply as a collection of formulas, but as a dynamic science that invites exploration and discovery. Prospective students also took guided tours of the laboratories and an astronomy workshop, where they learned about the institute’s academic programs.
Active participants in the in-person events received MIPT prizes, including notebooks, T-shirts, and project tote bags.
All-Russian Physics Day was held with support from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, and the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science. In 2026, the event was held as part of the Decade of Science and Technology.
