Teleconference between Adyghe State University and Denau Institute of Entrepreneurship and Pedagogy (Uzbekistan) Explores Innovations and Technologies in Education
For the fourth year in a row, the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology at Adyghe State University hosted a teleconference, bringing together over 200 participants from Russia and Uzbekistan for discussions. These included administrators and faculty, researchers and teachers, and undergraduate and graduate students from eight universities: Adyghe State University, Denau Institute of Entrepreneurship and Pedagogy, Termez State University, Uzbek State University of World Languages, Termez State Pedagogical Institute, Tashkent State Law University, Termez State University of Economics and Service, and Kuban State University.
This year's discussion topic was "Technology and Innovation in Education: Trends and Transformations." The scientific event also celebrated the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia.
This topic sparked keen interest among our colleagues from Uzbekistan. The participants focused on modernization processes, regional strategies, and prospects for the development of education in Russia and Uzbekistan, the psychological, pedagogical, and technological aspects of the digital transformation of education, and the challenges of professional training for specialists in all types and levels of educational institutions, subject areas, and industry sectors. The discussion participants also examined the specifics of teaching in educational institutions in the two countries, discussed personalized learning and artificial intelligence systems, global cooperation, and the development of 21st-century skills.
"Modern technologies are rapidly permeating all areas of our lives, and education is no exception. Innovative teaching tools and methods are opening up new horizons for both teachers and students. Today, educators are faced with the task of nurturing and training students to foster their full personal development, their competitiveness in the labor market, and their adaptation to a dynamically changing socioeconomic situation. Renewed education should play a key role in ensuring the sustainable and dynamic development of society," the discussion participants noted.
