Interregional conference on the unity of peoples of Russia

Interregional scientific and practical conference “Constitutional foundations and legal guarantees of the unity of the Russian peoples’ unity in context of ethno cultural and linguistic diversity” will be held at the National museum of the Republic of Adyghea on April 29. The event is dedicated to the Year of the unity of peoples of Russia.

The organizers of the conference are Russian Association of Political Science, Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, Public Chamber of the Republic of Adygheya and the Adyghe State University. The project is being implemented using a Grant from the President of the Russian Federation for the development of civil society. It has been presented by the Presidential Grants Foundation.

The purposes of the conference are scientific and political reflection, development of recommendations on the implementation of constitutional provisions and legal mechanisms aimed at strengthening the unity of the multinational Russia, while preserving and supporting the ethno cultural and linguistic diversity of the country.  

Representatives of public authorities, public and national-cultural associations, scientific and teaching staff, graduate students, undergraduates, students, experts in the field of international relations, journalists and all persons interested in the issues under consideration are invited.

The conference is organized in the format of plenary sessions and sections. Detailed information of the areas of work and conditions of participation is provided   in the reguletions about conference.
