Pathways to Wellness, Adygea's '12 Stars' Barefoot Trail Brightens Up Kindergarten 26
The trail features seven distinct types of coverage, including (prickly mat, tree cuttings, three-fraction crushed stone, fir cones, and river stones). It is designed to be beneficial for the prevention of flat feet, promoting overall health and physical well-being through the stimulation of reflex (acupuncture) points on the feet. These reflex points are connected to various internal organs and systems within the human body, making it a holistic way to improve overall health.
