Festival of Adyghe traditions “The Ornament of Life”

A large-scale cultural and educational project, Festival of Adyghe traditions “The Ornament of Life” will start on the territory of the “Lago-Naki” Health resort. The festival will be held from March to October 2026.

This unique project is being implemented in the Year of unity of peoples of Russia with the support of the Presidential Foundation of Cultural Initiatives.

The Festival program includes the work of artists’ residence, musicians and dancers, the creation of large-scale landscape installations made from natural materials.

The participants will try painting and neural graphics as a form of art therapy. In addition, performances, music and dances inspired by the traditions of the Adyghes and the filming of a documentary film have been planned. Here, the Adyghe ornament ceases to be a pattern and becomes a language through which the philosophy of the nation, the movement energy, sound, form and color are revealed.

Creative contests with prizes will be held as part of the festival
