The School of Project Leaders: From Ideas to Implementation has launched at Adyghe State University. The initiative brings together a series of events designed to teach students the fundamentals of social project development. The project is organized by ASU’s Youth Policy Department, with support from the Committee on Youth Affairs of the Republic of Adygea. It is being implemented as part of the national project Youth and Children and the Region for the Young program.
The school’s first event was the Project Start forum. Participants learned about grant platforms, with a particular focus on Rosmolodezh. They explored different types of social projects, and Students were organized into teams based on shared interests. During the workshops, they learned to identify social issues, explain their relevance, and define their target audiences.
A total of 100 university students took part in the program. As part of the intensive educational course “Project Designer,” they studied goal setting, team building and role allocation, timeline and media planning, budgeting and cost justification, co-financing, and partner outreach. Victoria Khakhaleva, a mentor with Rosmolodezh.Grants, joined the course as an invited expert.
The “From Prototype to Implementation” acceleration program began on September 28. Students are working with mentors to refine their project proposals.
