The 3rd All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference, titled "Modern Problems of Natural Science in Science and Education," was successfully conducted at Adyghe State University. This event was part of the strategic plan to advance mathematics and natural science education.
The conference was held in multiple formats: in person, online, and remotely (via publication without a paper). It was organized by the Department of Geography of the Faculty of Natural Sciences at Adyghe State University. The event brought together over 80 participants, including leading scientists, educators, specialists, as well as undergraduate and graduate students from the Chechen Republic, Kabardino-Balkaria, Dagestan, Tambov, Voronezh, Perm, Krasnodar, and other regions. Attendees represented 16 universities across 17 regions.
Participants shared their research and insights in geography, biology, and chemistry education, alongside current studies in natural science aligned with the national goal of achieving technological leadership. The conference also featured discussions on effective methods for teaching natural science disciplines in schools and universities, organizing student research activities, the role of digitalization in science education, and the integration of artificial intelligence in educational practices.
Participants emphasized the importance of ongoing efforts to address contemporary scientific challenges in natural sciences, enhance research activities in this field, and improve science education. They highlighted the necessity of developing the ability to apply scientific knowledge to identify and select relevant problems in real-world situations—those that can be investigated and resolved using scientific methods. Additionally, they underscored the significance of drawing conclusions based on observations and experiments, which are essential for understanding the world around us and the impact of human activity on it.
Furthermore, as a result of these efforts, a collection of scientific papers has been compiled and indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) system.
