The illustrations in the coloring book were created by Diana Bogus, a student at the Institute of Arts at Adyghe State University. Last year, "Nyskhapekher" (dolls) won the International Competition of Literary Works for Children named after Kirimize Janet in the category of "Illustration." Diana Bogus stated,
-I designed this coloring book specifically for young children.It features eleven dolls dressed in original outfits inspired by the traditional Adyghe costume. Each doll is accompanied by a name, along with its meaning.-
The coloring book introduces several ancient Adyghe names, including Gushkho (big heart), Nedakh (beautiful eyes), Djantyg (sun), Mezago (moon), Dysh (gold), Zhuago (star), Kutas (decoration), and others.
Established in October 2023, the Adyghe University Publishing House is built upon the foundation of the university's printing service. It specializes in publishing scholarly, educational, and methodological literature as well as fiction. In 2024, the publishing house made its regional debut at two international book fairs: the Red Square Book Festival and the Moscow International Children's Book Fair. At these events, it showcased the academic works of university scholars and the "Children's Literature from Adygea" book series, which publishes bilingual titles in Russian and Adyghe, featuring works by contemporary authors as well as translations of classic Russian literature. Since 2025, the Adyghe University Publishing House has been a proud member of the Association of Book Publishers of Russia.
